Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused and unopened for blind/mystery boxes, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Record an unboxing video when receiving your order. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Minor variations in color or size are not considered defects. Product details and quantities are as mentioned in the listing.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for Opened Blind Box / Mystery Boxes, Discounted or In sales purchases

Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days after approval, contact contact@kuddltoys.com.

Return Charges
For non-defective returns, a return shipping fee of ₹100 (may vary based on weight) will be deducted from the refund.
